The Teltonika RUT142 is a compact industrial Ethernet router designed to enhance security and connectivity for end devices. With a focus on industrial applications, it features robust connectivity options, industrial protocols support, and efficient management capabilities.
The RUT142 features 2 x 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports (1 x WAN port, 1 x LAN port) and WiFi 4 support with a RS232 for serial communication. it features an integrated DIN rail bracket and 3-pin power connector.
The RUT142 is compatible with Remote Management (RMS), allowing for efficient remote and on-site management, users also have Access & VPN services.
Wireless features include IEEE 802.11b/g/n support, WPA3-EAP, WPA3-SAE, WPA2-Enterprise-PEAP, WPA2-PSK security, and wireless mesh, fast roaming, wireless MAC filter, and more.
Security options include: firewall, attack prevention, VLAN, plus SSHFS for remote file system mounting via SSH. There is also support for various VPN protocols including OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard and others. There are further options for industrial protocols: OPC UA, MODBUS, DNP3, and DLMS support.
RUT142 has monitoring & management features, including Web UI, FOTA, SSH, email alerts, TR-069, SNMP, JSON-RPC, and RMS support. Alongside this there is IoT Platforms compatibility, including integration with Cloud of Things, ThingWorx, and Azure IoT Hub.
